Did it rain when they said it would?
The rain screen: every featured station, every day, the official rainfall (the big number, shaded by amount) and what the chosen forecast said (underneath). The bar under each cell scores the call: green rain as called, red rain nobody called, orange called for rain and stayed dry.
Explore rain amounts, dry and wet scenarios, and how the forecast changed. Hourly RRFS members cover the short range; ECMWF and GEFS add longer-range guidance where available. Scores compare forecasts covering the official station day.

The NBM's rain amount comes from its 00Z-to-00Z (UTC) daily total; the models' from their totals over the station's day as closely as their output allows. The official record is the station's local standard day, so a storm near midnight can land on different days: read single-day misses with that in mind.
